  Aaron Nelson is always here on time, always asks if I have any particular issues, just a nice man to chat with. Does a great job of spraying, and taking care of any problems (bee hives, ants, etc.) I may have. It's nice to know he will be here every quarter to keep our house bug free.

  Technicians are great, customer service reps are awful. I live in Cascade Locks and I had a extremely difficult time scheduling service appointments. The actual pest service was great, but scheduling is a joke. If there isn't already an appointment made in your area you have a wait to receive a call from the local branch, if they don't reach you they will just schedule an appointment, whenever, no voicemail left or anything. I was once scheduled an appointment and was given 4 days notice via email. A majority of the reps I spoke with were rude and showed very poor customer service skills. I was once randomly signed up for autopay without ever setting it up or authorizing that and I had to wait almost a month for my refund check because they only send those out a few times a month. Don't recommend at all!
