  We went to upgrade our phones today. Leo did an awesome job explaining the difference of the phones I was looking at and the plan options we had. We both picked out the phones that we wanted. We decided to stick with the plan we had before. Then as Leo was taking care of the old contract we hit a huge snag! The guy that set up our contract two years ago messed it up really bad. Leo got on the phone with some support person and tried to fix it. Then we found another snag. This time the manager Sean got on the phone. He was in the phone an hour getting it all straightened out. We were very impressed with how well he handled that whole situation! We were in the store for just over 2 1/2 hours because of how badly things had been messed up before. In the time we were there we interacted with all the staff and got to see them take care of several customers. They were all very competent and professional. The were even nice to a young lady that came in being demanding and just downright hateful! I wanted to tell her off!
