  I'm really impressed with the level of service! This place is family owned, which was a big plus already; they are very casual in attitude and good about using layman's terms when they talk about how your fireplace works and what needs to be repaired. We received a postcard in the mail (they were reaching out to reconnect with residents of homes they had previously worked with), and held on to it because this company was the original installer of our gas insert. When we had an issue arise we called Anchor, and the repair was taken care of quickly, correctly, with a very good explanation of exactly what the problem was and how they were going to take care of it. Their service charge is totally reasonable, and they are efficient and courteous as well. It's really clear that they want to build an ongoing client care relationship, and ensure that you are happy. I'd definitely use them again, and recommend Anchor Fireplace Services to others.
